Return FAQs
We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and non–Final Sale merchandise with all original tags attached.
Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return for an online order, visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts.
In-store purchases may be returned within 14 days of purchase and must be processed through the original boutique:

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes markdown items purchased before January 7, 2025 at 3:30 PM ET, regardless of their current site display.
U.S. online returns: A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit or an exchange instead of a refund to your original form of payment.
International online returns: A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original form of payment.
Once your return is received, refunds or store credit are processed within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive email updates when your return is received and when your refund is issued.
Track your return at UPS using the tracking number from your return label. Please note, using a return label not obtained from Ramy Brook may delay processing and refund issuance by up to 30 days. Ramy Brook is not responsible for returns shipped using a non-Ramy Brook return label.
Premium shipping fees are non-refundable.
U.S. Customers: To start an exchange, visit our Returns Portal and submit your request within 30 days of delivery and follow the prompts to select a new size, color, or style. Once we receive your return, your exchange will ship within 1-3 business days.
For a faster option, choose Instant Exchange at checkout. Your new order will begin processing immediately, and a temporary authorization hold will be placed on your card for the value of the return (this is not a charge). As long as your return is received within 14 days, the hold will be released. If not, the authorization will convert to a charge.
To initiate a return for an international order, visit our Returns Portal within 30 days of delivery and follow the prompts. Please note, exchanges are not available for international orders at this time.
A $15 restocking fee will be deducted from refunds to the original method of payment. This fee is waived when you choose store credit, giving you the full value of your return to use toward a future purchase.
To schedule a pickup, visit the DHL Website and select your country. For any questions regarding pickup or drop-off, please contact your local DHL facility directly.

We are committed to offering a flexible returns policy to enhance your online shopping experience. To ensure fairness for all customers, we actively monitor return activity to prevent misuse of this policy.
If a customer has returned items valued at over $7,500 within the past 12 months, our team reserves the right to review their account history. Based on this review, we may accept or deny return requests at our discretion. If a return request is accepted under these conditions, the customer is responsible for the shipping label fee and a $10 restocking fee will still apply. Once the customer's return rate decreases to a sustainable level, their account will be restored to the standard return policy.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customercare@ramybrook.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Notification must be received within 30 days of delivery.
If the item is confirmed to be defective, we are happy to offer an exchange based on availability or process a return for a full refund if a replacement is not available.
If a return includes items that are not from Ramy Brook, we will notify you once they are received and will kindly ask you to provide a prepaid shipping label so the item can be returned to you.
Our warehouse can hold non–Ramy Brook items for up to 7 days from the date of our notification. If a shipping label is not provided within this timeframe, the item will be discarded.
Please be advised that Ramy Brook cannot accept liability for non–Ramy Brook items sent in error and is unable to generate or cover shipping labels for these items.
