Return FAQs
We offer easy returns for US orders. Just visit our Returns Center at returns.ramybrook.com to initiate your return within 30 days of your order. Returns on orders placed within the US will incur a $10 restocking fee.
To start a return for an international order, you will need the Order Confirmation # from your packing slip or your Order Confirmation Email. Please submit your request via the Global-e platform at https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/gsBzy to receive a return label. Returns on orders placed outside of the US will incur a $15 shipping fee.
Returns on orders placed within the US will incur a $10 restocking fee. To obtain your return label, visit our Returns Center at returns.ramybrook.com and follow the prompts. If your order meets the return eligibility criteria, the Returns Center will issue you a printable return label. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. However, the restocking fee will be waived if you opt for store credit or an exchange instead of a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, whichever refund outcome you choose, we cannot modify it after processing your return.

The refund process is initiated when our distribution center receives your returned package. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment and your refund or store credit will be issued approximately 7-10 business days after your return has been processed.
You will receive one email notification when the return is received by our distribution center and a second email notification when the refund or store credit has been issued. Do note, premium shipping service fees are non-refundable.
To estimate the timing of your refund, you can monitor the transit status of your return by visiting ups.com/track and entering the tracking number listed on your complimentary return label.
Ramybrook.com gladly accepts returns of full-price, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached to returned Apparel, Swim, Belts, Jewelry, and Sunglasses. The following items are not eligible to be returned: Sale Styles, Candles, Fragrances, and Shoes.
Our warehouse team diligently inspects each item upon return. Please note that they reserve the right to decline returning the item to you or issuing a refund if it does not meet our return criteria.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items have a "Final Sale" badge in red on each product page and you will also see it when you add your item to your cart.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers and continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Ramy Brook account or future orders being refused.

- As per our return policy, we maintain a flexible returns system to ensure a smooth online shopping experience. However, we closely monitor individual return rates.
- Continuous breaches of our terms and conditions may result in account flagging or even closure at our discretion.
- We acknowledge that circumstances vary, and valid reasons for returns exist. However, until the return rate is reduced, this policy stands. In some cases, store credit may be provided with a 15% additional restocking fee if returns are permitted.
We do not currrently offer order modifications or cancellations of in-stock items because our distribution center begins fulfilling your order immediately after it's placed. Should you require a recently placed order to be modified or cancelled, please visit our Returns Center at returns.ramybrook.com to initiate an easy, complimentary return process in anticipation of your order's arrival.
To start an exchange, visit our Returns Center at returns.ramybrook.com within 30 days of your order and follow the prompts. You can request an exchange in our Returns Center for another color or size of the product you wish to return. If you need further asisstance, please contact customercare@ramybrook.com and we will happily assist with this. Please note, using a return label obtained elsewhere will delay your return processing and refund issuance by up to 30 days.

To schedule a pickup, go to www.dhl.com and choose your country from the “Choose your location” dropdown menu. You have two options for completing the return: On your country’s DHL page, find the DHL Service Point Location for parcel drop-off OR Select “Contact DHL Express” and call the local phone number to schedule a parcel pickup.
