We are excited to re-open and welcome you back to our Madison Avenue Flagship store. Our modified store hours and safety precautions are detailed below:
- Store Hours: Monday though Saturday, 11a to 6p
- Masks are mandatory for store customers and store associates
- Everyone should remain six feet apart from one another in the store
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
Orders placed with UPS Ground shipping by 1pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed with upgraded shipping (e.g.,UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air) by 1pm EST will ship the same day. Please note that orders placed after these shipping cutoffs, on the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

We do our very best to ensure that packages arrive on time for our customers but extenuating circumstances (e.g., inclement weather) occasionally interferes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
We do not currently offer Saturday delivery or delivery to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding companies.
FREE & PREMIUM SHIPPING
All U.S. Orders are eligible for complimentary UPS Ground shipping! UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air are also available for a premium rate, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.
All international orders will be shipped via UPS for a flat rate of $50 USD per order.
Returns are easy and free! We'll gladly accept full-price, unworn, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All original tags must be attached. Sale items and international orders are not eligible to be returned.
To get started, please visit our Returns Center and follow the prompts. If your order is eligible for return, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label that can be affixed to the outside of your package. Please ensure that all other labels are removed from the box before dropping it off at your nearby UPS location or arranging for a UPS pick up. Be sure to keep the shipping receipt from UPS, just in case! We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return at our warehouse.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. It takes 7-10 business days to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.
Our flagship boutique in New York cannot accept online returns nor can specialty or department stores where Ramy Brook is sold.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method 7-10 business days after the return is received at our warehouse. Customers will receive an email notification when the return is received at our warehouse and a second email when the refund has been issued. If store credit was used at the time of purchase, you will automatically receive an electronic gift card number for the refunded amount. Please note that Ramy Brook gift cards can only be redeemed online at this time. Upgraded shipping expenses are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Cash on delivery is not accepted at this time. Note that sign-up discounts for joining the newsletter list and text alerts only apply to orders over $250.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Currently, we do not offer order cancellations as our warehouse starts fulfilling orders as soon as they come in. If you miss this window, please visit our Returns Center and enjoy an easy, complimentary returns process since we cannot modify orders once they are prepared for shipment.
You will receive an email containing a UPS tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. This tracking number can be used to monitor the status of your delivery.
We love our global Ramy community! We ship worldwide via UPS for a $50 USD flat shipping fee. Shipments will be sent on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, and the customer will be responsible for any duties or taxes requested by the shipping carrier. For additional information, please contact your local customs office.
We are unable to process international returns and exchanges at this time.
