We ship internationally via DHL Express to all countries listed in our country selector.

Shipping is complimentary on orders over $450 USD.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM ET begin processing the same day; orders placed after 12 PM ET will begin processing the next business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a major holiday will begin processing the following business day.

Once shipped, delivery is estimated within 3–7 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays.

We are unable to ship to international PO boxes. Certain items, including candles, fragrance, jewelry, and select non-apparel items, may not be available for international shipping to some countries.

We gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and non–Final Sale merchandise with all original tags attached.

Online purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return for an order, visit our Returns Portal and follow the prompts. All returns must be shipped from the same country to which the order was delivered.

A $15 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee is waived if you choose store credit instead of a refund to the original method of payment.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. If you would like a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes markdown items purchased before January 7, 2025 at 3:30 PM ET, regardless of their current site display.

Refunds and store credits are issued within 10 business days after your return is received at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received and again once your refund or store credit has been issued. For refunds, please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank to process the transaction.

Duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact customercare@ramybrook.com as soon as possible with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. Notification must be received within 30 days of delivery.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we are happy to offer a replacement based on availability or return for a refund if a replacement is not available.

Route Package Protection is an optional insurance service available at checkout that covers your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. We’ve partnered with Route to provide added peace of mind and support should an issue arise.

For items damaged in transit, please include clear photos of the item and packaging when submitting your claim with Route. 

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged prior to shipment, please contact our team directly. We recommend inspecting and trying on your item upon delivery, as we require notification of any product issues within 30 days of the delivery date.

Prices are displayed and charged in your local currency once your shipping country is selected. Duties, taxes, and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

In some regions, duties and taxes are included in the product price, while in others they are listed separately. If duties and taxes are not prepaid, the carrier may collect them upon delivery. Duties and taxes paid separately at checkout are non-refundable.

Additional fees such as customs or clearance charges may apply depending on your location. If prepaid at checkout, no additional charges will be required upon delivery. Ramy Brook is not responsible for any currency exchange fees charged by your bank.
