Apple Pay
You can opt to pay with Apple Pay. When selecting this option on the product page or at checkout, simply follow the prompts on your Apple device to complete the transaction. Be sure to select the intended credit card, shipping address, and billing address since we cannot modify these details after your order is submitted.
PayPal
You can choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Ramy Brook.
Afterpay
We offer the option to pay in four interest-free installments with Afterpay. Please note that:

We offer a 15% off welcome code to new newsletter subscribers and a $50 credit to new SMS subscribers. Every new subscriber is eligible to receive both benefits. However, these promotional codes cannot be used for the same order and only apply to full price styles. The $50 credit only applies to orders of $250 or more. Accessories are excluded from both promotional codes.

Yes, our NYC Flagship at 980 Madison Avenue accepts electronic gift cards.
We offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the start of a sale. Please be aware that the exact style and size must be available for purchase at the time your request is made before any adjustment in the price can be approved.
Currently, we do not offer order cancellations unless a style is marked as pre-order. Our warehouse starts fulfilling orders once they are placed. Please visit our Returns Center and enjoy an easy, complimentary returns process since we cannot modify orders once they are prepared for shipment.
