We offer free standard shipping for all US orders and multiple premium shipping services.

Orders placed by 12p EST will ship from our distribution center the same day. Please note that orders placed after 12p EST, on the weekend, or on a holiday will be processed for dispatch the next business day. Saturday delivery is not currently available. Trust that we do our very best to ensure that packages arrive on time but extenuating circumstances (e.g., inclement weather) occasionally interfere and cause delays. If you place a highly time-sensitive order, please inform our team at customercare@ramybrook.com so they may offer extra assistance where possible.

We make it easy to track your order. Simply visit https://www.fedex.com/en-us/tracking.html and enter your tracking number to see the most up-to-date delivery information. You can obtain your tracking number from the shipping confirmation email sent from orders@ramybrook.com, from your My Account page, or from our customer care team by emailing customercare@ramybrook.com.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or forwarding addresses.

Select the country where you will be shipping your order from the pop up when entering the site. This will change the currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees. Please note that we are unable to ship candles, fragrance, jewelry and other non-apparel items to select countries at this time. How duties, taxes and other customs fees are treated is dependent on your destination country. We only cover duties for Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Mexico, Germany, France, Italy and the rest of EU. Any applicable duties or taxes are automatically calculated by Global-e at checkout. The amount is determined by your country’s Customs department based on the country of origin of the items being purchased and classification of these items. International taxes such as VAT (Value Added Tax) are set by the destination country. Select DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) at checkout to pre-pay these fees. All fees will be listed on the Global-e powered checkout page. If DDP is not selected, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery. Ramy Brook is not responsible for these charges. Any duties and taxes paid separately are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, where they were manufactured, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. The US Department of Transportation does not allow pressurized or flammable items to be shipped by air. As a result, orders containing fragrance must be delivered via our Standard shipping service.

Due to these restrictions, these items cannot be sent to international shipping addresses at this time. We suggest that you select a different shipping destination within the US.
