Vanilla-Banana Protein Smoothie

Prep time: 5 minutes. Calories: 290

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1-2 spotty banana(s)

1 scoop Jay-Robb's Vanilla Egg-White Protein Powder

1 cup ice

Directions: Combine all ingredients in blender of choice. Pour into stainless steel bottle or to-go cup. Voila!

Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Prep time: 5 Minutes. Calories: 310

1-2 head(s) of butter lettuce (best for wrapping)

5-6 slices of deli turkey

2 tbsp. organic hummus

Directions: Spread hummus on butter lettuce leaf and add turkey slice. Roll up and repeat. Put in Ziploc bag and in refrigerator. Grab from fridge before you head out!

Mini Dark Chocolate Keto Muffins

Prep time: 10 minutes. Bake time: 15 minutes. Calories: 45 - 160 (per muffin)

1 Cup almond flour

2 Tbsp Stevia (or sugar substitute of choice)

1/4 cup almond milk

1 large egg

1/2 tsp baking powder

Optional: 2 tbsp Lily's Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 F degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, then stir in wet. Scoop mixture into tin. Bake for 10-15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes to firm up. Put 2 in a small Ziploc to keep in your bag!
