Ramy's guide to Napa & Sonoma

There is nothing better than visiting wine country with your best girlfriends — especially in the fall! The weather is perfect, the views are breathtaking, and the laughs (and wine) are endless. See below for Ramy's guide to the perfect girl's trip to Napa and Sonoma, California.

Where to stay

The MacArthur Place hotel is beautiful! It's located on an old Sonoma farm that was completely transformed into a luxurious resort. Plus, the rooms and service are amazing.

Where to wine

There are so many fabulous vineyards throughout Napa and Sonoma. Most of the wine tastings and tours are held by appointment only, so make sure to book beforehand. My favorite day was in Napa at the Hess Ranch — we stayed at the vineyard for a farm-to-table luncheon and wine pairing!

Where to dine

Most of the restaurants in Napa and Sonoma use ingredients from local farms, so everything is fresh and delicious! If you're flying out of San Francisco on the way home, stopping at Marlow is a must - it's super yummy and a great vibe.
